Preparation

- Posters should be a visual representation which could bring initiate informal discussion.

- Layout

1) Panel size: 100 cm wide x 230 cm height

The usable board size: 95 cm wide x 120 cm height (A0 size is recommended)

2) Title: A title should include author’s name, affiliation and e-mail address.

Mounting

- Period: June 18 (Mon) From 9:00 ~ June 21 (Thu) 18:00

- Posters should be installed at least before the lunch time ends on Wednesday June 20, 2018.

- The given number of posters will be indicated on a board. Place your poster on the assigned board.

※ Every presenter is required to remove their own posters on June 21, 2018 at 18:00

※ Remaining posters on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 6:15 will be removed and discarded by HB2018 staff members.

Presentation

- Poster Session: June 20, 2018 (Wed) Beginning: 16:00 / End: 18:00

- After coffee break on June 20, 2018 Wednesday (15:30-16:00), the presenters recommended to be at their poster site for conversational explanation of the work.
